How to use

First, Viral Real should make the world a little better, not worse. So if you use Viral Real, there are some simple rules.

Content

  1. You have to be the legal owner of the content.
  2. These contents are not allowed to be made accessible through the Viral Real system: pornographic material, material of violent content, "extreme" political content, anything racism or any kind of pirate copies like the movie you might have recorded in the cinema last week.
  3. The content provider has to make sure that his content is always accessible. If that might not be the case some time, we have the right to delete the created download-button.

Your Tweet-Text

  1. You are not allowed to use impropriate words. We keep the right to decide what words are appropriate and what not. Also, see the terms of Twitter:
  2. The Tweet has to say what the content is that is provided through the Viral Real system. If it's a song, the Tweet has to say that it is a song.
  3. Your Tweet-Text has to contain a URL pointing to the website that provides the link to the Viral Real pay process, like the Viral Real download button.

Rights and Responsibilities

  1. Viral Real is not responsible for the content provided by the content owners.
  2. Viral Real does not guarantee that the service is always accessible. There is always the chance of server downtimes.

Your Personal Data

  1. Viral Real will never give away your personal data provided.
  2. Viral Real does not save any user data of the people accessing content through the Viral Real system.
  3. Viral Real does not post any Tweets or posts on Facebook without the users authorization.
